At Halo House, we want to pamper your pets the way we like our own pets treated.
Our caregivers have all day interactive contact with our guests! We proudly provide luxury dog and cat boarding, grooming and spa treatments, dog training, and Doggie Day Camp.
We are not your typical dog kennel - we are a full service pet resort! The client care specialist (receptionist), is the client's first contact when calling or visiting the resort and represents our professional image.
The client care specialist answers telephones, greets clients, prepares client files, receives and relays client correspondence, update client files and informs all clients of the services Halo House Animal Resort has to offer.
The exceptional client care specialist has the ability to diffuse negative situations and foster client bonding.
Significant experience with basic office functions for a busy environment is required.
Previous receptionist, client customer service, sales experience and veterinary or kennel/grooming experience are desirable qualifications.
Duties/Tasks:
Feels and express a genuine liking for animals and for working in an animal care environment.
Can conduct oneself in a confident and professional manner, when stressed and/or focused on individual task.
Can answer and assist with client inquires, about the company policies and cost of services and products? Has good computer skills and shows accuracy in inputting data and details.
Must be available full time and be able to work during our business hours (including weekends).
Compensation is negotiable depending on experience plus monthly bonuses.
